The Trauma-Resilient Professional Certification is designed for helping professionals, such as educators, counselors, therapists, and social workers, who have developed an understanding on the impact of trauma, strategies for building resilience, and fostering trusted-relationships with those they serve.
TREC's Individual Trauma-Resilient Professional Certification is an asynchronous, self-paced program that consists of 3 courses with the opportunity to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs). The program aims to support professionals in becoming more resilient and better able to support those they serve, whether it be clients, students, or other individuals. The courses cover topics such as trauma-informed care, self-care for professionals, and strategies for building resilience.
The program is delivered online and can be completed at the individual's own pace, making it convenient for busy professionals. It is an ideal program for those who want to improve their understanding of trauma and its effects, as well as develop practical strategies for coping with and healing from trauma and building trusted-relationships with those they serve.
